Academic speaking holds paramount importance as it serves as a cornerstone for effective communication within the scholarly community. The ability to articulate ideas coherently and persuasively is fundamental to sharing research findings, engaging in intellectual discourse, and fostering a collaborative academic environment. Mastering the art of academic speaking not only enriches individual scholarly contributions but also fosters a vibrant and collaborative academic community. Therefore, these videos aim to give online lectures via a MOOC (Massive Open Online Course), within the scope of a webinar called “Academic Speaking: How to Deliver your Speech in Academic Events”, on the topics of academic speaking, structuring your speech, enhancing clarity and coherence, mastering delivery techniques, engaging the audience, and ethical considerations.

This course is the product of an International Project which is supported by “International Association of Educational Researchers” (ULEAD). In the scope of the cooperation protocol between ULEAD and Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University, this course is FREE for all participants.
